Since March 17, 2026, Québec's charging station rebates have moved from Roulez vert to the new Écorecharge program.

Home charging station
For EV owners. The charger must be on the eligible list, cost at least $600 before taxes and be installed by an electrician before you apply.

An EV owner living in a condo or apartment can get up to $5,000 to buy and install a charger in the building's parking lot.
quebec.caMulti-unit building projects
For owners and condo associations: $600 per charger (or per port) installed, plus support for charging studies and electrical infrastructure upgrades.
quebec.caBusinesses and organizations
50% of charger purchase, installation and electrical infrastructure costs. Level 2 cap: twice the charger price. Up to $500,000 per site.
quebec.caGood to know: for a home charger, only the charger itself counts toward the $600 — installation and panel work are not eligible. We check that your charger is on the eligible list before installation.
